Hotel information
There are several hotels at walking distance of the conference venue. Special agreements have been arranged with the hotels listed below (which are also indicated on the map):

Hôtel Plaza Futuroscope is a comfortable and very well equipped hotel, situated at 5 minutes walking from the conference venue. This hotel offers two types of rooms: - 3-star at € 90 (single) and € 105 (double/twin) per night, breakfast included - 4-star at € 120 (single) and € 135 (double/twin) per night, breakfast included For reservations you are requested to use the booking form.

The Novotel Poitiers is a 3 star hotel close to the Futuroscope theme park. The special EADTU/CNED rate is € 89 for a single and € 110 for a double room, breakfast included. For reservations you may either call +33 5 49 49 91 91 or send an email via the hotel’s website, mentioning the EDATU/CNED September conference in order to benefit from the reduced rate.

Hotel Ibis Poitiers-Futuroscope is located at 15 minutes walking distance from the conference venue. The rooms are comfortable, but simple. Room price is € 69 per night for 1 or 2 persons. For reservations you may use the Ibis website
