Registrations become valid only after receipt of the conference fee payment, prior to the annual conference 2008.

The early bird fee applies if registration is received before or on the 18th of July 2008 and associated payment is received before or on the 25th of July 2008..

Final deadline for registration is 12 September 2008.
The participants’ fee (members and non-members) includes attending the conference, all documentation, coffee breaks and lunches at the conference and the dinner of 18 September.

The companions’ fee includes the dinner of 18 September.
The participants and companions’ fees do not cover travel and accommodation expenses.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be sent in writing to EADTU by email or fax on or before 1 September 2008. If notice of the cancellation is received before or on 1 September, the conference fee minus an administration charge of 15% of the fee will be refunded. If notice of the cancellation is received after 1 September 2008 and/or participants fail to attend, the entire fee is payable. In the latter case we will accept representatives, provided that we have been informed of this change in writing or by email before 12 September 2008.
